This policy explains what happens to information you give us through ipromentor.com. It describes this website only. Work we do under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement and any data processing terms attached to it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- The details you type in: your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic you select, and your message.
- Technical details sent automatically with the submission: your IP address, browser user-agent string, and the page that referred you. We keep these to investigate abuse and spam.
Our servers also write short-lived request logs containing IP addresses and requested URLs. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies. If you switch between the light and dark theme, that single preference is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is never transmitted to us and you can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.
Why we use it
To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of the conversation so we can pick it up again later. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you used the contact form.
Who processes it for us
- Google Cloud Platform hosts this website and stores form submissions. Data is held in the United States.
- Our transactional email provider delivers the notification email that tells us your enquiry arrived.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this page. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to distinguish real visitors from bots when you submit the form. Where it is enabled, Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser for that check.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months from the date you send them, then deleted. If you become a client, correspondence may be retained longer under our client agreement and applicable record-keeping obligations. Request logs are retained for 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email support@ipromentor.com and we will action the request and confirm when it is done. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honour those requests regardless of whether they are legally required of us.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are stored in access-controlled Google Cloud infrastructure. No system is perfect, so please do not send passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive personal data through the contact form.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
